WINTER WANDERLAND

WELL-come to Gurney's Winter Wanderland! This winter Gurney's invites you to join us in Montauk each Saturday and Sunday for classes from NYC's top trainers. After a NYE weekend of Cyc fitness (*) classes kick off with Sarah Ambrose, Mind Body manager of Exhale Spa Central Park South teaching a weekend of barre fusion (Jan 9th & 10th).  Winter wellness continues with Colin Turek of BFX Studio (Jan 16th & 17th) and Wendy Rubin founder of Just Calm Down Yoga (Jan 23 & 24th).  Wrap up Gurney's winter Wanderland with a final weekend (Jan 30th & 31st) of winter yoga before spring begins to peek through.  Join in for the sweat, stay for the cold pressed juice and take home swag from our favorite partners in wellth. *Click HERE for NYE Weekend Wellness Programing - fee associated with NYE programming*.

This ballet inspired, core-centric class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Colin Turek  Plates Fusion

Jan 16th & 17th

Take the traditional barre class to the next level by adding a challenging, athletic twist. Our BFX Barre classes incorporate elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and performance training, all choreographed to a quick tempo.  Good for all levels.

Just Calm Down Yoga

Jan 23rd & 24th

Just Calm Down Yoga is an integrative and accessible approach to fitness that synchronizes challenging body movements with the breath to energize the body, calm the mind and nourish the spirit. This vinyasa flow will take your practice to another level.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Wellthily Vinyasa Flow

Jan 30th & 31st

Wellthily Vinyasa Flow will take you through asanas lead to music to connect your mind, body and breather for a transformative and balancing moment. The practice  builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength.  Classes suitable for all levels.

Push yourself to the limit — and then find balance — as every hard worked muscled is followed by a deep, relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels
